Finding a place to stay in chennai is been a major issue for outstation college student's in the city..
several colleges do not have extensive hostel facilities to accommodate outstation students,hence living as paying guests has became the order of the day.It is a steady source of income for many people who convert their homes into PG'S..
Mostly girls live as paying guests and many house owners are on the lookout for college or working girls who are looking for a place to stay in.There could be up to 15 girls living in a house together from different parts of the country...
however,LIVING ALONE HAS A LOTS OF RESPONSIBILITIES ATTACHED TO IT.

yes dude u r rite.. people from outside chennai find this as a real problem. but my college S.R.M univ hav great facility for north indian bcos they find difficult to hav our food style so coll had set up a punjabi dabha inside the coll campus for these people.
hostel's r also too good for them. i guess every coll should turn like this to overcome this problem.

YA MAN I AGREEE...EVERY COLLEGE SHOULD BE LIKE THIS...BUT.IT DEPENDS UPON THE COLLEGE MAN..COS.AM FROM CRESCENT..MANY OF MY FRIENDS ARE RENTING OUTSIDE.SO THE MAIN PROBLEM FOR THEM IS FOOD.SO COLLEGE NEED TO TAKE ALL THIS..
