THE "E" MEDHA PARADIGM

IT'S called the e medha paradigm by rakesh mirsa..The story is couched in terms that only those with similar backgrounds can appreciate.OF course,like all stories.there is a message here,except unravelling it is a bit confusing.

Kalpana a bright young thing is suddenly thrust with an assignment that everybody dreads because accepting it means sure death in terms of managerial skills,But pushed to the corner,She has no choice and finds herself a scapegoat in a billion dollar corporate battle.
As if this weren't bad enough ,she is involved in a mid-air crash and meets kamayani,secretary of earthly affairs for GOD.So is her time on earth is over??????..And why is kamayani obsessed with this E MEDHA concept..
While the author,a cyber professional ,has tried to explain the concept ,it falls short on various fronts.For one,the writing is confusing and,for another,this could have done with some editing where nouns and pronouns suddenly go missing..
